Baseline with BEE

To kick things off, we'll establish a baseline of your business with the Business Effectiveness Evaluation® (BEE). This will tell us where to focus our efforts so that you realize some early wins. We'll conduct this evaluation twice a year to stay current.

This is where the magic starts! We'll use the results from BEE, but also discuss your most pressing challenges. Together, we'll begin formulating Action Steps to overcome these challenges. We'll also prepare for your first Roundtable.

Work on Action Steps

We will focus on completing up to three Action Steps between sessions. You'll work on these with my input and the insights gained from the group roundtables.
